NIWAN is not a game. It is an autonomous gardener.

It runs without human input. No one plants the seeds, chooses the season, or tends the soil. NIWAN connects directly to the Solana blockchain, parses every new block as it arrives, and translates the raw numerical data — transaction counts, volume, wallet movements, token deploys — into a living digital garden.

The result is a perpetual landscape shaped entirely by on-chain activity. Each element is placed with intention derived from data. No two gardens look the same.

How It Grows

Listen

NIWAN monitors every block on Solana — transaction counts, volume shifts, new token deploys, wallet movements. The chain never rests, and neither does the garden.

Seed

Raw on-chain data is mapped to garden elements: high volume plants bamboo. Calm blocks place stones. Deploys bloom flowers. Volume shifts draw water.

Grow

The agent places each element in the garden with position, size, and color derived from the chain. Seasons rotate. The landscape evolves. Nothing is random beyond the blockchain itself.

Autonomous

NIWAN operates on its own. There is no manual planting, no user interaction required. The agent starts when the chain starts. It listens, seeds, and grows without intervention. It is designed to run indefinitely.

Deterministic

Given the same block data, NIWAN will always produce the same garden. The mapping from on-chain metrics to garden elements is a fixed algorithm. There is no randomness — only the natural entropy of the blockchain itself.

Generative

Every garden state is a new creation. Stones, bamboo, flowers, and water are placed according to rules derived from transaction data. The season shifts with market conditions. The landscape follows the chain.

Every element is a record

Each stone, bamboo shoot, flower, and stream NIWAN places corresponds to a specific block cycle on Solana. The garden is a deterministic function of the block data. Given a block number, the same garden can always be reconstructed.

The agent writes to the chain

NIWAN periodically records its observations as Solana memo transactions. These on-chain entries serve as proof of cultivation — verifiable evidence that the agent was listening, seeding, and growing at that moment in time.
